I’ve always had a deep, burning passion for helping people who are struggling—especially those who feel unseen, unheard, or alone in their pain. That fire started young, but I didn’t know how to fully step into it until life cracked me open and showed me what was possible when I finally listened to my own body.

I grew up in a home with verbal and mental abuse. The anxiety it left behind lived in my cells for years. It showed up as eight kidney stones in two years (one while pregnant), panic I couldn’t control, and eventually my own ovarian mass and cancer markers in 2015. Watching my dad die from cancer while I was caring for my child only deepened the fear and isolation.

I had training, I had knowledge, but I didn’t have the right tools to reach the root. Nothing mainstream could touch the depth of what I was carrying.

So I went all in.

I invested $20,000 and years of study into Ayurveda, somatic practices, EFT, belief coding, liver detox, and sound healing—testing every single piece on myself until something finally worked.
